Mr Ian Mackintosh
Mr Ian Mackintosh has had a distinguished international career that included roles as the Chair of the United Kingdom Accounting Standards Board, Vice-Chair of the International Accounting Standards Board and Chair of the Financial Reporting Advisory Board to the United Kingdom Treasury.
Ian’s current service includes the Chair of the UK Corporate Reporting Dialogue and the inaugural Chair of the GQR International Advisory Board. He is a resident of Australia

Mr Sola Mahoney
Mr. Sola Mahoney is a Non-Executive Director and Chair of the GQR Board of Directors.
Sola is a retired international banker and a graduate of Harvard University and Columbia University, where he earned his Bachelors and Masters degrees respectively. Following a civil service career in policy analysis, he acquired twenty years’ banking experience managing various businesses across Africa for three different global banks: Citibank, Standard Bank of South Africa and Barclays.
Since his retirement from banking, and for the past several years, Sola has served as Chairman and/or Non-Executive Director on the Board of a number of different banks, companies and international NGOs. His varied Board roles have allowed him to develop significant practical experience in the area of corporate governance. Sola is a resident of The Gambia.

Dr Omodele Jones
Dr Omodele Jones is the Co-Founder CEO and Executive Director of GQR. Omodele is a globally competent governance & ethics practitioner, thought leader, societal investor and change advocate with over 30 years of relevant experience.
He earned a DBA in an innovative economic sociology of national competitiveness with a special application to the African context, in 2012, from Edinburgh Business School, Heriot-Watt University, Scotland. Dele is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales, having gained his foundational post-graduate experience in the City of London with Price Waterhouse.
Dele has served global, continental and national entities including but not limited to the IFRS Foundation in respect of the IFRS for SMEs, the International Forum of Accounting Standard Setters, Shelter Afrique, Standard Chartered Bank, the Council for Standards of Accounting, Auditing, Corporate & Institutional Governance (CSAAG Sierra Leone) and the Centre for Innovation Against Malaria (CIAM Gambia). Dele is a resident of The Gambia.

Mr Sonny Mabheju
Mr. Sonny Mabheju is the Co-Founder COO of GQR. Sonny is an international expert in audit quality, fraud examination and corporate governance. He has over 25 years post-qualification experience as a chartered accountant and is a US-certified fraud examiner.
His experience has included reforming of SOE (State Owned Enterprises) corporate governance practices in emerging markets. He has also played a key role in the establishment of the Botswana Accountancy Oversight Authority and has supported the strengthening of the Accountancy and Auditing Board of Ethiopia, Ordem dos Contabilistas e Auditores de Mocambique (OCAM), the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sierra Leone and similar entities in Uganda, Rwanda, Tanzania, Mauritius, Ghana, Zimbabwe, the Caribbean Islands and in Bangladesh.
As a World Bank consultant, Sonny has participated in the assessment of, and report on, the observance of international standards and codes (ROSC) for the accountancy and audit profession in several countries in Africa, the Caribbean and South Asia. Sonny is a resident of Zimbabwe.

Mr Trevor Jenkins-Johnston
Mr Trevor Jenkins-Johnston is the fractional Chief Financial Officer and an Executive Director of GQR. With over 20 years of relevant experience, he forged his formative capabilities with KPMG and has acquired expertise with a range of blue-chip entities including the London Stock Exchange, Barclays, LCH Clearnet, Lloyds Banking Group, Visa Europe, British Teelecom, Sainsburys and British Airways.
Trevor is the principal of J3 Accountants which supports the needs of emerging businesses and Small & Medium-Sized Enterprises (SMEs) in the United Kingdom (UK). Trevor is a resident of the UK.
