Profiting From a Better Society

GQR combines profit with a mission to reduce avoidable investor uncertainty and distrust about auditors, companies, notforprofits, publicsector business and institutions. We target SDGs 8 (Work & Economy) & 16 (strong institutions).

With market failures, too many countries lack reliable structures for entities to self-check their progress or to stand out and attract business/investment through credible evaluations of auditor and corporategovernance. We fix that.

Other countries have a mix of public monopolies (audit quality) and many cottage industries (governance) of variable quality. For them, GQR gives an innovative and competitive complement. So, we seek to profit from helping networks, regulators, auditors, companies and countries to be healthier and do better i.e. we profit from systemic improvement in trust and confidence. Our certification with Social Enterprise UK includes a commitment to plough back a significant proportion of our profit to our social mission. This excellent article from the Schwab Foundation for Social Entrepreneurship gives a really good sense of what makes GQR tick! Enjoy!
